Pay as you go

£45 per hour charged in 30-minute increments with a minimum charge of 1 hour.

Pay-as-you-go billed hours are calculated using a time tracking system (Toggl) and payment is expected via BACS within 7 days of the invoice date. Hours purchased via one of the Retainer Packages are billed whole whether they are used or not and payment is expected in advance via BACS.
You will save money by hiring me as your Virtual Assistant because you do not have to pay a flat annual salary, no NI & Tax (I pay my own), overheads, training, holidays, pension, lunch breaks, health benefits, sickness etc. I also do not charge VAT.

Retainer Packages

My retainer packages are great value for money and perfect for clients who require ongoing help and support. Depending on the task, it can be simpler to just pay for a set number of hours a month/week. Because time is tracked, I will let you know when you are nearing your limit, so you do not have to worry about costs skyrocketing. Choose a pricing package that works with your requirements and budget.

Retainer hours must be used within the calendar month purchased and cannot be rolled over unless agreed in advance.

By the Project

Bespoke project rates for my Virtual Assistant services are agreed upon after assessing the scope of the project i.e. if there is pre & post admin work, if it is an ongoing or one-off project and other factors such as your budget.

My business hours are Monday to Thursday 10am to 4pm, closed Friday. I do my best to accept urgent out-of-hours requests when possible, an additional premium rate maybe applicable depending on the urgency of the task.
